The Pride of West Texas Show Chorus is proud to have an outstanding woman as our director -Annette Gary
Annette has been a Sweet Adeline since 1996 singing for 18 of those years with the Pride of West Texas Show Chorus. For 15 years, Annette also sang baritone with "Rendition". Annette has also been a member of the RichTones Chorus (Dallas) and Top of the Rock Chorus (Little Rock, Arkansas). Annette returned to PWTSC in the summer of 2022.
She was Assistant Director and Co-Director of PWTSC for 3 years, and in 2004, she achieved the designation of Master Director.
Annette has served on the Region 25 Regional Management Team and, in 2005, she was the recipient of the Ark Angel Award for outstanding service to the region.
Annette says, “Sweet Adeline’s provides so many fun and exciting opportunities for women to learn, grow and experience things they might never have been able to do in any other organization or part of their life. There’s just something about listening to the excitement of the audience and watching their faces when we perform. This chorus has always been one to take on and achieve some lofty goals. I can’t wait to see what we’ll do or where we’ll go next!!”
